This listing is for one (1) sign handmade using 100% reclaimed wood and hand stenciled with your home town, state and Est. date. Approximate measurements are 12" tall x 36" wide...message me for a different size and I'll give you pricing. This item weighs approximately 10 pounds, but may vary depending on the age of the wood used.When placing your order, please message me with the following:
1. The town or city you'd like on your sign - Franklin is the town on the listing photo
2. The font for the town/city you want -please select from the images in the listing photos.
3. The state you want - Tennessee is the state on the listing photo
4. The font for the state you want - please select from the images in the listing photos.
5. The Est. year of your town/city - Est. 1799 is the date in the listing photo - font for Est. date is same as the state font
6. Select either jute rope or 2 picture hangers to be attached to the back of your piece for easy hanging
7. If you select painted and distressed, please select the paint color for the wood
8. The paint color for the lettering - you may select one color for all of the lettering, or one for the town/city and one for the state/est. year

Once you place your order, I will work on a proof before making your product. I don't typcially make proofs prior to purchase because of the time involved in designing them. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the production and shipment of your order.I use recycled shipping supplies whenever possible, so please expect your package to have signs of previous use. I package items as securely as possible to insure a safe journey from my studio to you.

Because our items are made to order and, for the most part, custom made, orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, it is very likely we've already begun to make your item(s).
Items will ship the most cost-effective method, via UPS, FedEx or USPS by either First Class mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post. All items will be protected to minimize damage during shipping. Once an item leaves our possession, Plush cannot be responsible for damage during shipping. You may purchase insurance and tracking at an additional cost. Please message me for those details.
Shipping times vary from state to state. If you require expedited shipping, please select that option at checkout. Weather and other delays are out of our control once packages leave us, so please plan accordingly if you have an event or deadline (especially during the winter months). Refunds for shipping or items that are not delivered within the time frame given by USPS or that you do not receive although tracking information shows delivered, will not be given UNLESS you've paid for Express or other guaranteed services which USPS refunds.

Because our items are custom made, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive your item and it is either incorrect or damaged, please contact us directly and we will correct the mistake and/or send a replacement.

In the unlikely event an item is returnable (owner must approve), a refund will be issued once the item is received back and in the same condition it was received by the customer. We do not issue refunds on shipping costs.
