Does Plush take custom orders?

We love custom orders! If you have a custom need, please message us so we can get details. Plush is not responsible for mistakes in measurements and/or specifications provided unless Plush personally measures/gathers specifications.

Plush strives to gather as much detail and to communicate as often as necessary to insure an accurate product is delivered. Before we can make your item and ship your order, we must hear from you with all of the necessary information to complete your order.

Please allow extra time for custom orders to be made and shipped. Time will be determined on an individual basis. Sometimes weather can affect drying and curing times needed for painted or stained products.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

When you order 10 or more of the same item, Plush does offer a 10% discount on that order.  Because most of our items are custom and/or handmade, we don't offer discounts for smaller quantities simply due to the labor and materials costs that go into each item.  None of our handmade items, or items with handmade components, are mass-produced.  

How long will it take to get my order?

For most orders, we ask that you allow us 2-3 weeks create, build and/or produce your order.  We try to finish orders before the end of this timeframe but allow for ordering of supplies, weather conditions, and life.  We will stay in close contact with you with regards to any delays.

There are known delays with all shipping carriers right now. Please plan accordingly My turnaround time does not include shipping time.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Plush will accept cancellations within 24 hours of orders being placed.  After that timeframe, it is likely that your items will already be in the process of being made.  Because our items are all made to order and, for the most part, custom made, we cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours.

My order is damaged.  What do I do?

If your order is received damaged, please contact Plush immediately so we can send a replacement.  Sometimes glass and other parts break during shipment (despite our best efforts to pack them well).  We are happy to replace broken glass and damaged items as soon as possible.  Please be aware that some items made need to be remade and, therefore, may take a few days to ship.

I don't want my item. Can I return it?

Our policy is that we do not accept returns.  Most items are custom made and all items are made to order. If there is a problem or mistake with your order, we are happy to rectify the situation.  We want our customers to be thrilled with their purchase.
